CBDT EXTENDS DUE DATE FOR FURNISHING RETURN OF INCOME FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2024-25
The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has announced an extension of the due date for furnishing the Return of Income under the Income-tax Act, 1961, for the Assessment Year 2025–26.
This extension aims to provide relief to taxpayers and professionals facing challenges in completing their filing obligations on time.
